The Liberté Institute is an organization focused on conducting deep, meaningful psychotherapeutic processes with scientifically proven effectiveness. We are looking for qualified psychologists and psychotherapists for whom clinical reliability, ethics, and maturity in working with people in therapy are the highest values.

We are building a space based on partnership, ongoing professional development, and the highest level of working comfort for specialists, without imposing exclusivity clauses.

Working conditions that let you focus on clinical work

  • Attractive compensation

    120-160 zł per individual session in Polish (50 min).

    160-180 zł for sessions in foreign languages (English/French) and couples therapy.

  • Comfortable working conditions

    Flexible arrangements based on a B2B or contract-of-mandate agreement, with no exclusivity clause - we respect your independence and encourage you to build your own personal brand.

  • Certified supervision

    We provide ongoing, free supervision with certified supervisors from the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (PTPPd) and the Polish Psychological Association (PTP).

  • Full organizational and marketing support

    We take care of all logistics, office booking, acquiring clients matched to your specialization, and running promotional activities.

  • An exceptional space to work in

    Our team has access to spacious, classic offices (beautiful interiors, natural light, atmospheric decor) in a historic townhouse at Plac Zbawiciela in Warsaw.

    Work within a team that combines clinical experience with knowledge of business, management, and psychodynamic treatment methods (including TFP).

Who are we looking for?

Formal and substantive requirements

We invite specialists who meet the following formal and substantive criteria to collaborate with us:

    Academic education

    A completed master's degree in psychology.

  2. 02

    Psychotherapy training

    Completion of at least the 2nd year of a comprehensive four-year psychotherapy training program recommended by the Polish Psychological Association or the Polish Psychiatric Association, or a diploma/certificate as a psychotherapist.

  3. 03

    Clinical practice

    At least one year of experience running independent psychotherapeutic work, or a completed clinical internship in a psychiatric ward.

  4. 04

    Personal therapy and ethics

    Completed or ongoing personal training therapy and unconditional adherence to the professional code of ethics.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Joining the team consists of 3 transparent steps

    Submit your CV together with a brief description of your experience to date and areas of clinical specialization.

    Interview

    A recruitment meeting at the Institute (discussing your experience, working style, and expectations).

  3. 03

    Setting the terms

    Signing the agreement, choosing a session schedule, and onboarding into the Liberté Institute team.
