Deadline: Payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session or in advance for the entire month. If payment is not credited by the deadline, the appointment reservation is automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Consistency and regularity are a key element of therapeutic rigour. Rescheduling or cancelling a session free of charge requires notice of at least 48 hours in advance:

Cancelling a session with less than 48 hours' notice, or failing to attend, requires payment of the full session fee, which constitutes payment for the therapist's readiness to work and the reserved time.

Invoices for services rendered are issued collectively at the end of each month. Please send your invoicing details in advance to faktura@instytutliberte.pl before the session takes place (otherwise a receipt will be issued instead).

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about pricing

  • What exactly am I paying for within a psychotherapy session?

The session fee covers reserving the specialist's exclusive time, full readiness for clinical work, and continuity of the process at a fixed time slot. Every therapist on our team undergoes regular supervision and follows strict ethical standards.

  • What is the difference between a long-term process and a short-term goal-focused process for business?

A long-term process is aimed at a deep restructuring of personality, unconscious mechanisms and persistently impairing patterns (e.g. in dysthymia or personality disorders). A short-term goal-focused process (up to 12 sessions) is an intensive form of work, aligned with managerial objectives, on a precisely defined challenge, decision-making crisis, or episode of professional burnout among leaders and entrepreneurs.

  • How do I book a free initial consultation?

The free, 20-minute phone conversation allows for an initial analysis of the difficulties reported and selection of the appropriate clinical path. You can book it by filling in the form on the Contact page or by clicking the button below.
